shane black's new spy series is finally happening

okay so you know shane black? the guy who gave us 'kiss kiss bang bang' and 'the nice guys'? he's making a new spy series called 'bannerman' with amc and netflix. it's about a super assassin who tries to get a bunch of other killers to quit the game. this could be awesome or just another boring spy thing, we'll see. sounds kinda meta based on the one-sheet i saw.
