bethesda bought obsidian and says they wont mess up fallout new vegas

so like, bethesda just absorbed obsidian entertainment because of the whole microsoft corporate restructure. but their president swore up and down that obsidian is keeping its creative identity intact. which basically means we shouldnt expect them to turn fallout new vegas into some battle royale or whatever. fingers crossed the studio stays protected and keeps making the games we actually want to play.
