verity is absolutely eating tom cruise at the box office

The Rundown

colleen hoover's verity is somehow outperforming tom cruise this weekend and its hilarious. both movies are objectively mid though and both sitting at a 45 on metacritic. verity is just winning purely because cruise is having a major flop era right now. we love to see a main character energy shift even if the movie itself is mid. enjoy the chaos while it lasts because the reviews are brutal for both anyway.
